"Awesome support from the customer service team"
The customer service was really great, helping me out with a parts order for something I just couldn't track down anywhere else. They were quick to respond to my emails and the staff was super friendly!

"Steer Clear of This Pram!"
I can't stress enough that if you're expecting and considering a Venicci stroller, just don't do it! They look stunning, and if everything goes smoothly, you might be okay. But let me tell you, if you run into any problems or need to address faults, their customer support is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with! The retailer I purchased from mentioned that the woman who used to handle inquiries has left, and honestly, the person who took over just shouldn't be in customer service.

"Fantastic Quality and Service"
Five years back, I purchased a Venicci travel system for my daughter and I was totally impressed! The quality is top-notch, and I really appreciate how the car seat lays pretty flat. The carry cot is spacious and has adjustable positions for raising the head, plus the seat unit is roomy and lays flat instead of that V shape I've seen on many others. Now, I'm using it for my other daughter after all this time, and I'm still a fan! I had to swap out the wheels recently since the original ones were air-filled and I got a puncture (not too shabby considering it never happened in four years!). They don’t make the air-filled ones anymore, so I treated myself to some lovely new black wheels! Also, when I took out the seat unit, I realized I misplaced the buckle while cleaning it. I headed over to Babyeez at Lakeside, where I got the pram (seriously, I can't recommend this shop and its staff enough!). They contacted Venicci, and they're sending me a new buckle! Such excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend everything about Venicci and Babyeez at Lakeside xx

"Fantastic value for the price!"
I’m really happy with my pram; it’s gonna last as my daughter grows up! The quality is top-notch, and it looks both beautiful and pricey. The customer service on Facebook was superb, super helpful and quick to respond!

"Lovely stroller"
What a lovely stroller! I'm really enjoying my tinum 2.0; it's been just right for my kid as they grow. I reckon it's a fantastic deal and the quality is top-notch. The customer service crew is quick to reply and always ready to assist when necessary.

"Way too pricey for what you get..."
Way too pricey for what we got. We shelled out a hefty sum for our new buggy for our little girl. At first, it was all good and we had no problems, but after about 3 months, the thing started to come apart. The hood would pop open on its own even when it was supposed to be shut tight, and we had to replace some screws that just fell off. The basket underneath came loose and we had to use tie wraps to keep it on. The wheels would lock themselves without us even touching them. Plus, the bassinet doesn’t recline all the way without a good bit of effort. The rain cover tore super easily when our kid just grabbed it. I’d expect these kinds of problems on something that costs around 100€, not when you’re dropping over 10 times that. Really let down!

"Incredible customer support and service"
This company is just fantastic! The staff and customer service are super helpful and respond quickly via email and Facebook messenger. I've been using my travel system (Pure Cloud 2.0) for a year now, and I absolutely adore it! Whenever I've run into problems, the team has been incredibly supportive, showing kindness and patience, even when I was a bit clueless about how to handle things.

When I first got my pram, there was a scratch on the chassis, but they jumped right on it and arranged for a courier to swap out the damaged part.

I recently returned a piece of my footmuff (there was nothing wrong with it, I just made a mistake trying to attach the wrong part!), and they were so thoughtful to include some cozy hand muffs when they sent my parcel back. Those are a lifesaver in this chilly weather!

I really can’t wrap my head around the negative reviews from others. The team is genuinely amazing!

"Amazing support from the team ⭐️"
I purchased a travel system and after 10 weeks, the matching bag broke. I really love the travel system; it’s beautiful and super easy to use. I reached out to them on Facebook, and they set up a courier to pick up the bag, repair it, and send it back to me. I can't emphasize enough how great the customer support is! Amazing service!🙂

"Soft White Baby Buggy by Venicci"
We've been using a Venicci Pure Soft (white) baby pram system for quite some time now, and it’s been fantastic. Not long ago, one of the buttons for adjusting the handle popped out while in the car and went missing. I reached out to Venicci to see if I could buy a new one. To my delight, they offered to send me a replacement at no cost. I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Venicci to anyone in the market for a reliable baby buggy from a brand that truly cares about its customers.

"Fantastic Service"
I reached out to Venicci via Instagram chat because the bobble on my umbrella was missing. They sent me a replacement, and it showed up the very next day! Super fast at replying to messages and really helpful. I'm in love with my Tinum SE pram, and I’d definitely recommend them! x

"Let Down by Customer Support"
I bought a gusto with isofix from the site and have been using it for about 6 weeks when the back wheel buckled. When I reached out to them, I learned I need to return the chassis in the original box, which I don’t have anymore. Being without it for several days was a real letdown. Plus, getting a new wheel will set me back £40 with delivery. Not too happy about this.

"Absolutely Adore Venicci!"
We just welcomed another little one into the family, and our previous stroller was five years old! It was time for an upgrade, and I was thrilled to find some great foam-filled hard wheels! They showed up, and everything fit perfectly... except one of the rear bars was a bit jammed. I shot a message and got quick assistance to sort it out. I’m so excited to take my kids out now; it honestly feels like I’ve got a brand new stroller! These things are built to last, and the quality is top-notch :-)

"I wish I could give zero stars..."
I wish I could give zero stars for this. I bought the travel system for my grandson, shelling out nearly €900, and it’s been nothing but hassle with the wheels and tires. Just three days after I got it, I had to return to the store with a flat tire and ended up paying for the repair. It held up for a month, then flat again. Took it to a bike shop, and they said the problem was with the tire, not the tube. I reached out to Venicci, and they just told me to contact Venicci UK, but I’m in Ireland. So now it’s just sitting in the attic. With a second grandchild on the way, I’ll have to buy another one. But it definitely won’t be from Venicci. What a disgrace! Stay far away from this brand.

"Carrycot Button Failed in Just 3 Weeks"
The button on the carrycot broke after only 3 weeks of using it. The fix means my daughter will be without a carrycot for a while. Customer service mentioned it would just be a few days, but that’s not good enough. Why should she be left without a pram she relies on daily? No exchange is available, even though it’s clear the product isn’t up to standard. What happened to customer rights and trading regulations?
